Marriage License applications will be available for Washington Parish residents only and by appointment only from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. $32.50 Marriage License fee.
Please bring exact change if you are paying with cash.

Birth and Death Records:

Birth & Death Records can be obtained by Washington Parish residents only and by appointment only
from 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday.
$34 Birth Certificate fee. $26 Death Certificate fee.

Office Closure
November 11th for Veterans Day Holiday

Our office will be closed Tuesday November 11, 2025 for Veterans Day. Our office will reopen on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Have a Happy Veterans Day and remember the Veterans you know.
